Due to the nature of services, we do not offer full refunds once editing work has commenced.

General Principles:
Service-Based, Not Product-Based: we are selling a service (editing), not a tangible product. This clarifies that “returns” aren’t literal.
Clear Communication: please provide detailed instructions and examples upfront to minimize the need for revisions.
Reasonable Revisions: We Offer a revisions based on the agreed-upon scope of the project.
Timeframe: Set clear timeframes for requesting revisions and refunds.
Specific Scenarios and Policies:
Initial dissatisfaction with the first draft:
Policy: Clients are entitled to request revisions based on their initial instructions. If the edited image deviates significantly from the provided brief, further revisions will be offered to correct the errors.
Dissatisfaction after revisions:
Policy: If, after a reasonable number of revisions (e.g., 2-3), the client is still not satisfied and the issue stems from a misunderstanding of the initial brief or a change in the client’s requirements after the editing process has begun, a price discount may be offered at the company’s discretion. The amount will be determined based on the amount of work completed. No price change will be given if the revisions were completed as per the original brief.
Technical Issues:
Policy: If the edited image is delivered with technical issues (e.g., corrupted files, incorrect format), the company will promptly correct and redeliver the corrected files. This does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation Before Work Begins:
Policy: If a client cancels the project before any editing work has commenced, no invoice will be issued.
Cancellation During the Editing Process:
Policy: If a client cancels the project after editing work has begun, a partial amount’s INvoice may be offered, depending on the amount of work completed. The company will demand a portion of the payment to cover the work already performed.
No Refund Situations:
Change of Mind: No change in the quoted amount will be issued if the client simply changes their mind after the editing has been completed according to the initial instructions.
Lack of Clear Instructions: No change in the quoted amount will be issued if the dissatisfaction arises from the client providing unclear or insufficient instructions initially.
Use of Edited Images: Once the client has downloaded and used the edited images for any purpose, full quoted amount will be charged.
Refund Process:
Timeframe:If we make a mistake, you have our word, we will fix it! All we ask is that you notify us of any concerns and/or issues within 7 days.
Method:We donot offer refund but do always redo the job until client is completely satisfied.
